To cash out via DevEx (Developer Exchange), you must meet all of these requirements:
Age Requirement
Must be 13 years or older with parental consent (or 18+ without consent)
Verified Email
Your Roblox account must have a verified email address
Minimum Balance
At least 30,000 earned Robux in your account (purchased Robux don't count)
Tipalti Account
Active account with Tipalti payment processor for receiving funds
Program Membership
Be enrolled in the Roblox Developer Exchange program
